Our story

The Sharedien story began back in 2011. Begun as a customer project at one of our major customers, Sharedien today supports around 100,000 users in more than 90 countries in their daily tasks relating to the management, maintenance, and provision of content.

The continuous development of our unbeatable technology is at the heart of Sharedien. We have created a software that can be integrated into our customers’ individual content and communication processes and fits effortlessly into their digital ecosystem. We are driven to make this solution a little better every day. Our headquarters are in Wallisellen near Zurich, Switzerland, where we develop Swiss-made software with the highest level of quality awareness. Our solutions stand for precision, reliability, and innovation — perfectly tailored to the requirements of globally active companies.

Why Sharedien

Good content is the basis for an outstanding customer experience. However, creating good content and standing apart from the competition is anything but easy. Day-to-day business usually doesn’t give communication managers the necessary freedom for creativity and strategic planning. Creating, managing, providing, and sharing digital assets such as images, videos, texts or documents is a mammoth task, and this is exactly where Sharedien comes in.

Thanks to artificial intelligence, automation of processes and workflows, and intelligent integrations, Sharedien takes over a large part of the tasks involved in handling digital assets and intelligently integrates the creative work of internal and external users. Wir setzen auf modernes, hybrides Arbeiten: Homeoffice und Videokonferenzen sind fester Bestandteil unseres Alltags und helfen, Pendel- und Reiseverkehr zu reduzieren. Auch an unseren Standorten achten wir auf einen bewussten Umgang mit Ressourcen – von der guten Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln über wiederverwendete IT-Geräte und Büromöbel bis hin zu Recycling und möglichst nachhaltiger Beschaffung. Unser Fuhrpark ist überschaubar und möglichst elektrisch oder hybrid unterwegs, und wo immer möglich, reisen wir mit der Bahn. Moderne IT- und Gebäudetechnik helfen uns zudem, unsere Energieeffizienz stetig zu verbessern. So gestalten wir unseren Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigeren Zukunft – Schritt für Schritt, Tag für Tag.
