As a Global Sales Development Representative, you are at the heart of our growth strategy. You actively build up our sales pipeline, identify the right contacts in target companies and create the basis for long-term customer relationships. You work closely with marketing and sales and manage our demand generation processes from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
Responsibility
- You own the pipeline – from identifying potential customers to initial contact and handing it over to the sales team. Ambitious sales goals drive you forward.
- With modern sales and automation tools, you can plan, manage and optimize outbound campaigns in a data-driven manner.
- You pick up the phone – gladly and often. Cold calls & warm calls are not an obligation for you, but an opportunity.
- Together with the Sales & Marketing team, you control AI-based demand generation workflows to reach the right target groups at the right time.
- You maintain and qualify leads in our CRM and ensure clean, reliable data as a basis for strategic decisions.
- MEDDPICC is no stranger to you.
- You analyze campaign performance, identify patterns and independently derive optimization measures.
- You communicate internationally at C-level in German and English – with decision makers and IT departments.
Requirement profile
- You have initial experience in B2B sales development, outbound sales or growth – ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- You are interested in how companies work and have a sense for identifying potential for optimization in processes.
- Technology inspires you – you think in terms of tools and automation and like to try out new approaches. Ideally, you have experience or a strong interest in the Microsoft Azure Ecosystem and the partner ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills – you can easily explain complex topics and inspire people, whether on the phone, via email or on LinkedIn.
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1).
- Personal initiative and hands-on mentality – you don't wait for tasks, you find them.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw the right conclusions from data are part of this for you.
- You enjoy working in a fast-growing company where things can change on a daily basis.
