Our headquarter is located in Switzerland, and we also have offices in Germany, from which we actively serve our markets.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a versatile, organized, and communicative personality who enjoys planning events, managing projects, and actively shaping our brand presence. As a Marketing & Event Manager, you will play an important role in the marketing team and help strengthen our brand externally. You will support the implementation of our event and marketing strategy, work closely with internal teams, external partners, and event organizers, and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, professional, and efficient manner.

Responsibility

• You plan, organize and run events such as trade fairs, webinars, partner events or sponsorship activities and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will independently coordinate internal and external projects for the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• You regularly coordinate with external service providers, agencies and partners.
• You actively maintain our social media presence, in particular LinkedIn, and support you with content planning, editorial design and target group-oriented postings.
• You ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels, update the website and maintain content.
• You create, maintain and process presentations, sales documents and communication materials.
• You work closely with sales, product and external partners and flexibly take on further marketing tasks that drive our growth forward.

Requirement profile

• You have professional experience in event management and marketing and have a good sense for successful campaigns.
• Organizational talent, the ability to work in a team and an independent way of working characterize you.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility in projects and actively moving things forward.
• Creative thinking and the ability to keep track of different tasks at the same time are among your strengths.
• You are ready to be present at national and international events and actively support them.
• You are enthusiastic about marketing tools such as HubSpot, CMS or similar applications — ideally, you already have experience with them.
• Motivation, flexibility and the desire to tackle new challenges, as well as excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
