As a Content & Campaign Manager, you translate our product and brand messages into compelling content and targeted campaigns. You work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, as well as external partners, and actively contribute to the development of our communication strategy.

Responsibilities

  • You develop and manage our entire content presence – from ads, LinkedIn, blog, website, and newsletters to outreach campaigns, release notes, product communication, and use case content.
  • Multi-channel outreach campaigns are your specialty: you write copy, test new approaches, analyze results, and continuously optimize what works best.
  • You craft concise messages that reach, engage, and inspire our target audiences to interact.
  • You work daily with LLM tools like GPT, Claude, or Gemini, develop your own prompts and workflows, and strategically use AI for efficient and impactful marketing.
  • You plan, manage, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns, monitor relevant KPIs, and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.
  • You coordinate and brief external partners and agencies in paid media, PR, and design.
  • You maintain and further develop our website and our LinkedIn communication, and establish efficient editorial processes and content routines.
  • You actively support press relations, guest contributions, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have several years of experience in content marketing, campaigning, or a comparable role.
  • Strong editorial skills and a keen eye for content that resonates in both German and English are your strengths.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in a B2B, SaaS, or tech environment.
  • You are passionate about AI technologies and are eager to work with LLMs, AI workflows, and agents, and to experiment with new approaches.
  • You enjoy trying out new marketing approaches, learning quickly, and pragmatically using modern tools.
  • You combine a structured and independent working style with creativity and an eye for the big picture.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
