Als Content & Campaign Manager:in übersetzt du unsere Produkt- und Markenbotschaften in überzeugende Inhalte und zielgerichtete Kampagnen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-, Product- und Sales-Team sowie externen Partner:innen zusammen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikationsstrategie mit. 1
Responsibility
- As the central point of contact for our customers, you understand their requirements and use them to develop tailor-made concepts for our SaaS solution Sharedien.
- In doing so, you always keep an eye on budget, time, quality and costs and ensure efficient project implementation.
- During ongoing operations, you actively support your customers, take on new requirements and adapt Sharedien individually.
- You are responsible for requirements engineering, create specifications for new features or enhancements and work closely with our development team.
- From the initial idea to go-live, you will accompany EPICs and ensure that solutions are successfully implemented and rolled out.
- You develop offers together with our sales team and are actively involved in the development and marketing of Sharedien.
- Structured processes, transparent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction are a matter of course for you – both internally and externally.
requirement profile
- You have experience in project management and are familiar with classic (e.g. PRINCE2) and agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban – ideally also with appropriate certifications.
- You have demonstrable experience in managing complex IT projects – and manage them confidently from planning to successful completion.
- You are familiar with software processes: You know how to analyze requirements, create concepts and define interfaces.
- You feel at home in the DAM environment – ideally, you have already worked with comparable systems.
- You use Jira, Confluence & Co. routinely and purposefully.
- You work in a structured way, communicate clearly, think in a customer-oriented way and quickly find your place in a team.
- You are fluent in written and spoken German; ideally, you have English at a negotiating level.
