To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated student assistant who can provide support in marketing, partner management, and sales.
Responsibility
- You actively support us with administrative tasks in marketing, partner management and sales.
- You keep documents, presentations and documents up to date, translate them and ensure that everything is well prepared.
- During marketing campaigns and maintaining our website and social media channels, you contribute your own ideas and help implement them.
- You prepare research about trends, partners or markets and compile the most important information in a clear way.
- You actively support the preparation of partner and sales meetings as well as events — from planning to implementation.
- You maintain and update data in CRM and in our internal tools so that everything runs smoothly.
Requirement profile
- You are a registered student in marketing, communication, business administration, media or a comparable course of study.
- Structure, diligence and independent work are among your strengths.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as discovering new tools such as LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT) and trying them out
- First experiences with tools such as Figma, Hubspot or the like are great — or you want to get used to it quickly.
- You enjoy organizing, communicating and supporting exciting projects.
- Experience in marketing, sales or project management is a plus but not a must — the main thing is that you are motivated to learn new things.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
