Join our team and help us strengthen existing partnerships and drive joint go-to-market activities. As a Working Student in Partner Management, you will work closely with our Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams, gaining first-hand exposure to real customer projects, deals and partnerships from day one.

Your responsibilities

• Work with our Partnerships team to develop our international partner network and actively shape how we collaborate with existing and new partners.
• Support partner onboarding, training and regular catch-ups to ensure smooth collaboration, keeping track of key actions and follow-ups.
• Help raise the profile and success of our partnerships through joint marketing and go-to-market campaigns, events and webinars.
• Keep partner access, information and materials up to date, and contribute ideas to improve our processes with your keen eye for detail.
• Create engaging presentations, enablement materials and other resources to help our partners get off to a successful start.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify new business opportunities, help approach potential strategic partners and contribute to growing our network.

What you bring to the role

• You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, International Management or a related subject.
• You are interested in SaaS, technology, marketing and strategic partnerships, and keen to learn in an international environment.
• You are curious about AI: you enjoy trying new AI tools, are interested in AI-powered workflows and want to explore the subject further with us.
• You are a confident communicator: you enjoy connecting with people, quickly grasp information and present it clearly.
• You work in a structured, reliable and independent way, while keeping sight of the bigger picture. You also have a flair for compelling presentations and good working knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides, as well as Excel.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and English. Additional languages, particularly French or Arabic, are an advantage.
• Some experience of CRM systems, sales, marketing or project management would be welcome, but is not essential - your motivation and willingness to learn matter more.

What you can expect

This is not a working student role where you will only be maintaining lists and coordinating appointments. You will be directly involved in our Sales and Partnerships activities, working on real customer accounts, deals and partnerships. Here is what you can expect:
